ACCOMMODATION IS FREE!
Accommodation is free for all participants in a double/triple room per person during the three nights of April 02, 03 and 04, 2026.
The hotel offers bed and breakfast accommodation. Lunch will be at Konya Technical University during conference days (April 02, 03, 04, 2026). The organizing committee will provide transportation for dinner. The conference fee includes hotel accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The participants will stay in a double room.Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener. Participants who prefer a double room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference. Otherwise, participants who choose a double/triple room without specifying a roommate will be allocated double or triple rooms by the organizing committee, taking into account their gender.

NOTE 1: Participants can pay the conference fee as the equivalence of the Euro (mentioned in the above table) in Dollars or Turkish Liras. Before making a payment, the participants must log in to their conference accounts and fill out the Payment Transaction Form and get the payment code.

Fees for children staying with their parents:
- First child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
- Second child from 0 to 6 years of age – discount of 50%
